Professor David Kavanagh, eMHPrac - eMental Health in Practice (QUT)
David Kavanagh is a clinical psychologist and research professor at Queensland University of Technology. His group has developed several web programs and apps for mental health and wellbeing, and he currently leads e-Mental Health in Practice (eMHPrac), which is a Commonwealth-funded project that is supporting health practitioners across Australia to use e-mental health programs and resources.

Dr Sacha Rombouts, Happy Minds
Sacha is a clinical psychologist and founder of Happy Minds Australia. Sacha specialises in working with children and families and has worked in Uganda training staff in addressing the mental health needs of refugees. Sacha created the Action Heroes to help bring the concepts of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to children, families and schools. He hopes that the Action Heroes will help de-stigmatising mental health issues in young people.

As organisations dedicated to helping people feel both connected and empowered, they encourage new uses of technology so people can drive their own wellbeing journey. As Australia’s leading online mental health organisation for young people, ReachOut Australia has a range of e-tools available anytime and pretty much anywhere, supporting more than 1.3 million people every year. As the Professionals program Coordinator for ReachOut, Noni will be presenting this info-packed seminar; backed by an industry career spanning more than a decade and a wealth of experience in helping to build the capacity of the mental health network. Innovators of social support since the 60s, Event Partner New Horizons connects the digital dots in this collaborative seminar, revealing insights about how to personalise the wellbeing journey even through a digital platform. Dr Shaun Matthews, Nature Care College
Dr Shaun Matthews is a medical practitioner, Ayurveda and Yoga Therapist and author based in Sydney. Shaun established the Ayurvedic Medicine Department at Nature Care College in 1997 and co-ordinates the one year training in Ayurvedic Healing. His book The art of balanced living, was released in January 2016. Shaun is in private practice in Bondi Junction.
